1. My problem is NOT listed can you
still fix it?
We may be able to help you please fill in
our quotation for detailing the repair or work needed and we will
try to help you.
2. Can you perform a mobile service?
The mobile service is available within the
M25 and surrounding counties generally the South East to the coast.
Other areas subject to availability. Please contact to
discuss. Mercedes pixel repairs are available on a
mobile basis but not the BMW pixel repairs.
From time to time we will perform a national service in the UK
mainland, an additional fee applies for this.
3. Can you do mail order?
We specialise in mail order repairs. We can
provide you with help to remove your cluster and in some instances
provide you with a loan cluster whilst yours is being repaired. /we
send all items using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service for a
fast next day delivery. Instructions for using the mail order

Can you do overseas/international orders?
At present we are set up for UK orders
only. If you are overseas please contact us via email and we will
try to help you and find the best solution for despatch and payment.

How long does the repair take?
This varies according to the repair being
done. Mercedes pixel repairs your location can be done
in 1 1/2 hours. Mail order 1-2 days
BMW repairs not available same day
& not mobile turn around 2 days. Mail order and drop
off/collection only.
6.
How long is the guarantee period?
Generally this is 6 months and will be at
the same location as the initial repair i.e. if you paid for a mail
order service you must mail order the cluster to us for RTB (return
to base) warranty or if you have paid for a callout then we will
attend the same invoice location as per the initial visit. This is
subject to any special agreements made upon the initial work which
will be noted on your invoice.

How much does the service cost?
BMW pixel repairs from £200 - mail order
or delivered to us, collection chargeable dependent on
location.
Mercedes pixel repairs £150 at our
location or South Mimms services Junction 23 on M25 motor way
(at the top). Mail order £150. Call out from £180.
